Land Breaking Begins on Lot 9 ...

Clearing an area initally for camping and surveying the area.

A line of communication has been established with neighbors within the vicinity. And, the youngsters on the 4 wheelers have been addressed and requested to only ride along the outside round about road and not through lot areas.

Greg and Sherri will be surveying the area and posting additional Private Property and No Trespassing signs ... in hopes of detouring 4 wheelers!

We visited the area and things look in place and it is beautiful. There are "No Motorcycle" signs posted to hopefully eliminate the 4 wheelers from cutting through the lots. Thanks Greg.

 

Pitts Homes will be having an open house with new models of homes sometime in June!!

The time has finally arrived! Land Clearing!!!!

 

Lot 10 is set to be cleared by McCarty Land Clearing Company on 09/30 & 09/31.

Lot 9 is set to be cleared by McCarty Land Clearing Company on 10/01!

 

Eric Turner from Pitts Homes is meeting with us prior to each clearing project and assisting us with marking the interior area the house will set on the the yard will run into. Thank you Eric for being such a big help!

 

Southwest Electric will be coming out to site pool sites for each lot property.

 

Lasrtly, We will be meeting with a Post Deliever sometime in the near future tosite out mailboxes! We have out offical address as well!
